Winez, from the fee to the block

WINEZ is a meme coin on Arc. Trading fees buy back WINEZ and rent Zcash hashpower. Holders are not owed a payout. This page describes the rules. It does not describe balances, because the Safe is not deployed.

What Winez is

Think of a shop that charges a small, fixed fee and can only spend it on a list written down in advance. Every WINEZ swap in the USDC pool pays Uniswap’s 1% fee to liquidity. The Treasury is that liquidity. Claimed USDC is split three ways:

  • 40% — buy back WINEZ, then burn it. A keeper buys WINEZ and sends it to an address with no key.
  • 50% — mining lottery tickets. The USDC rents Zcash machines by the hour. Most of the time the result is nothing. A found block is worth the current subsidy. The ZEC is sold for USDC, and that USDC buys back WINEZ.
  • 10% — reserve. It stays in the Safe and can leave only through the same 48-hour queue.

Winez is not an investment product and not a trading bot. The price can still go to zero.

Reserve, behind the queue

A found block is sold for USDC, and that USDC buys back WINEZ. The live network figures are on the dashboard. Project balances appear when the addresses are published.

Buys are capped at 50 USDC, at most once per day, and only when the price is at least 10% under its 24-hour high, with at most 2% slippage. WINEZ received on the fee’s token side is burned directly instead of being sold.

Who can move funds

The Treasury is a Safe. Queueing a withdrawal takes 2 of 3 signatures. The transaction then waits 48 hours where anyone can read it, and any one of the three signers can cancel it. After setup, the Treasury’s owners are removed, so a signature alone cannot empty it.

The keeper is a separate hot wallet with a role, not a key to the Safe. The role allows claiming fees, buying WINEZ, and transferring to the burn address, inside the daily cap. It does not allow paying a person. Until that role and the Safe are published on Contracts, none of this is running.

The mine

Zcash blocks are about 75 seconds apart. A rental’s chance is its hashrate divided by the network. The Mine page computes that from the solo pool’s public difficulty. The number is an average. A machine that has already run for a month is no closer to a block than one that just started.

Rewards would be paid to a transparent Zcash address so the balance can be checked without trusting this site. That address is not published yet. Bitcoin rentals, if they are added, are the same loop with a much rarer prize.

Launches

The Launchpad is a draft. When it opens, a creator’s wallet would deploy their own Safe, open a USDC pool, and allow the keeper to claim fees. 80% would be paid to the creator. 20% would buy and burn WINEZ. The creator could revoke that role. No launch is listed because none has happened.

What is not promised

  • No dividend, interest, or revenue share. Buying the token is not a claim on the Safe.
  • Buybacks can happen and the price can still fall. The token can go to zero.
  • A rental can be paid for and find nothing. Expected time is not a calendar.
  • This website cannot move funds. If a page asks you to connect a wallet or to send WINEZ somewhere other than the burn address published on Contracts, it is not this site.
